In the last 14 years he has specialised in designing niche tailored innovative products for the telecommunications industry. Grant designed, implemented and partnered with Vodafone the very first mobile Insurance product in Australia and New Zealand.

John has worked in the telecommunication Industry for the last ten years both in Europe and in Australia working for both Vodafone and Optus.

John has specialized in the development and distribution of new mobile products and services and has extensive experience in operations and distribution management of Retail Mobile Outlets.

Chantelle Mitchell

Operations Manager

Chantelle has worked in the Telecommunications industry for the last 7 years working in the outsourcing field directly involved with Telstra in the Mobile, Landline and Internet sales departments.

During this time Chantelle has been directly involved across all levels of the call centre industry ranging from inbound & outbound sales and being directly involved in call centre management and site and people development projects.
